I live in a rented house so I can’t hang a swinging punch bag with a bracket onto the wall. I couldn’t afford to spend 250+ On a gym quality standing punch bag either.
Don’t get me wrong this does the job, at £112 can you really complain?
How ever before you buy read this issues I have and if they would be a slight problem for you, don’t buy it.
I’m 6ft1 and 16 stone and know how to throw a punch and really go for it., with water inside, sometimes it really does nearly tip over… on wooden floor especially upstairs it makes some noise as it’s rocking back and forward on the floor, I live in a terraced house so they will definitely be able to hear it. They say sand is the best but because I’ve already put water inside I won’t be able to get it all back out, as the watering “hole” is absolutely tiny and base is now extremely heavy so can’t lift it to move into the shower to tip and drain.
You can also tell its cheap plastic from China(the base) as water leaks out if you fill it to the top, and again, if you can throw a heavy couple of punches you want as much water in there as possible.
Just buy a bag of sand for £5 and fill it up, it definitely won’t rock with sand it and won’t leak like the water.
The punch bag itself seems decent quality, but only time will tell.
It’s a Chinese brand and made in China so you do get what you pay for overall I believe.

Absolutely love this punch bag! It’s an excellent height for myself and my partner. The base isn’t as massive as others I’ve seen so doesn’t take up too much space. We filled ours with 3 bags of sand to prevent it topping but the suction pads that come with it will be excellent if you don’t have carpet. Very good quality and great value for money! The base did get delivered separately to the punch bag and the punch bag arrived 2 days later which was confusing at first but not an issue. Would certainly recommend!

Thought I could smell a bit of damp when the box with the main body of the punch bag was in my house, assumed it may have been the cardboard. But as soon as I opened it you could smell the stench of mould and stamp coming from the bag itself! It’s disgusting, must have been stored somewhere extremely damp or gotten wet at some point and started to rot inside.
I sent the company a long message regarding this and all they replied was: “Hey it must be an old one we are really very sorry for the inconvenience”.
Definitely not worth £90, my advice shop elsewhere!

Mine came in dry as expected.
The delivery was so quick noting that it was just before Christmas mas.
I am very happy with it.
I am just figering out how much sand I need to stabilise the base.
But all is well.

For price alone you simply will not find better quality.
With a smooth floor and filled base you can really give this a good whack (train punches aswell as kicks/knees/elbows myself as i’ve done muay thai for a few years) and not worry about it tipping over or breaking, solid construction. As i’ve recently moved it outside onto decking as i dont have as much space where it was i can’t go 100% power however still plenty of force (the kids and mrs barely even put a dent in this) to condition my shins and body without worrying about it toppling. I needed something close to a hanging heavy bag but beams in my house just wouldnt support the swinging weight. Price, Easy to build, delivery came 3 days early,

Good bag took a beating past few months. Holds well with 2 bags of sand.
Second package came the day after and has been made idiot proof to assemble
The stitching has slightly come undone but still holding.

So, the base came Wednesday and the punch bag Friday can deal with that as was expecting. Took me 2 hours to fill with 60kg of sand (which still isn’t enough) the suckers on floor dont seem to be sticking well (any advice of something they might stick to better? Tried carpet and concrete) . BUT overall I would say this is a decent bag for the money. Would just be better if the hole to fill was bigger and it is sole destroying filling it up.

Very fast delivery! Reading past reviews I was expecting the two parts to come separate, but mine came together.
Really good value, and overall I’m happy with the product. I filled the base with water, seems sturdy enough. Very easy to assemble, takes a while to fill the base though. Highly recommend **

Not bad at all for the price I’ve full it with water and have it about 40cm away from a wall so it bounces back if you hit it hard. I’m 14.7 stone strong and its fine. Needs to have something to bounce back off of though definitely.
